A native of Northeast Iowa, Glen developed a passion for hunting and the outdoors at a young age, harvesting his first Pope and Young whitetail at the age of 13. Since then, his passion has grown to an unimaginable level, marked by a consistent track record of harvesting impressive whitetails, including four over 200", along with numerous other western big game animals. Glen’s ownership of several pristine farms in Iowa and ranches in the Western United States has provided him with irreplaceable firsthand knowledge on achieving the goals of landowners.

Glen resides in rural Warren County, Iowa with his wife, Ashley, and their son. As a co-owner of the North American Shed Hunter's Club and a passionate contributor to various outdoor hunting publications, Glen is always actively engaged in promoting the outdoors. During their leisure, the Salow family generously dedicates time to volunteer for several nonprofits, notably The American Heart Association. Additionally, they cherish moments spent with friends and family, indulging in the shared passion for hunting on their farms and their ranches in the west.
