What Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide Directly to Us

   If you choose, you may provide us with your general personal contact information (name, address, phone number, and/or email address) to allow us to contact you regarding listings on the Site. We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. Analytical Tools

   We use analytical tools to help us measure the traffic and usage trends on the Site. These analytical tools work by collecting information sent by your device that assist us in improving the Site. We collect and aggregate this information with other App users’ information so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user.

3. Cookies and Log Files

   When you access and use the Site, we may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about how you use the Site in order to provide improved features to you. Some features of the Site may be impaired or disabled if cookies are disabled.

   Additionally, your browser will automatically create log file information each time you request to visit a website or web application. Log file information can also be created when content from a webpage or web application is downloaded by your browser or device. When you use our Site, our servers automatically record certain log file information. This information can include the web request, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, referring or existing page and URL, the number of clicks and how you interact with the Services, domain pages, landing pages, pages viewed, and other information related to the Services. We may also use this information from emails that we send to you in order to determine what emails are opened and what links are clicked within particular emails.

How We Protect Your Information

We protect the confidentiality and security of your information using industry-recognized, commercially reasonably safeguards to protect the information we collect. We also use internal and external resources to frequently review the adequacy of our security measures. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Aside from our own affiliates, we do not share your personal information with third parties for promotional use without your consent. You control what marketing information you receive from us.

We may, however, need to disclose or transfer, information obtained through the Site, or otherwise in our possession, to a third party as a result of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of FRRE. We may also have to make information obtained through the Site, or otherwise in our possession, available to law enforcement personnel and agencies when requested to do so or as required by law.

We may modify this Policy periodically as we deem necessary, so please check back from time to time to review it. We may not notify you of changes. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such modification we may make.

Third Party Services

We are not responsible for any third-party service, website, platform, application, or their respective users linked to or used in conjunction with the Services. Please remember that when you use a third-party service, even those which are linked to the Site, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use do not apply. Your use of, or interaction with, those third-party services are subject to their policies and rules. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third parties on their content that is integrated into the Site. You also agree that by using a third-party service, you are doing so at your own risk.

Special Notices

1. California Customers

   The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) allows you to access and learn about how we use the information you provide to us. Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

   • Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of your personal data we have collected;
   • Request that we delete any of your personal data; and
   • Request that we not sell your personal data to any third parties.
   Upon your request, we will delete your personal data, and you will not receive any products, content, or services unless you subsequently provide your personal data in connection with a new registration, or it is otherwise lawfully provided to us. To request that we delete your personal information, please contact Unsubscribe@FarmAndRec.com and put “CCPA Request” in the subject line.

2. Information on Children Under 13

   We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. The Site is not directed at nor intended for children under the age of 13. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
